Oh my gosh y'all, I am SO EXCITED!!
I got into work today and had an email from my friend BA, also addressed to my big, and our friend B. Included in this email? A link to this:

We have been discussing our desire for a booze cruise for months upon months, and have never been able to find anything, and voila! This popped up on her coupon website. Sure, it's BYOG (Bring Your Own Grog) but I mean, to be honest, that almost better than having to pay for it on the boat!!
So we all bought a coupon today and are going to plan a weekend for the trip. This is going to be a serious weekend, because not only will we be doing this pirate cruise, but we have two happy hour parties that some of us have won, so as it will be a big weekend for us all to be together, we figure we should use at least one of them.
Can I just share...this will be my third vacation weekend I will be going on that is focused on seeing friends and the booze? Because ok on top of this: second to last weekend in July I am going to New Hampshire for Hookfest, and the second weekend in August I am going down to Virginia for Microfestivus. Such a great list of fun events! I love the opportunity to see my friends and get out of the house.

ReplyDeletei want to go to microfestivus- that sounds awesome! have fun on the boat- ziplock baggie your phone/camera... just incase it happens to take a swim. water + booze + electronics = bad.
ReplyDeleteOMG. That is the most fun ever. Did you know the Beer and Bacon fest is at the Clipper City Brewery in B-more in October. It is held on talk like a pirate day and they encourage you to dress up!
