A good friend of mine from college and I coined a term to describe that moment when you give in to temptations and go HAM (couldn't help but use that term, haha) on food. Snacks, a big old meal, desserts, you name it. If it's food and it's not "good" for you and you devour more than anyone would deem appropriate (including college football players), you just had Fat Kid Time. Or, for those into acronyms, FKT. (The great thing about FKT is that it can also stand for Fat Kid Tweet. I have a lot of those.)
Right now I am sitting in my apartment watching an order tracker online for the takeout meal I ordered online. Right now they are in the "quality check" stage and about to go out for delivery. I am so hungry I could eat my arm.
Good thing I already had my big workout for the day. These boneless chicken wings, cheesy bread and cherry soda is going to be amazing.
