...I talk about coming to Alder Creek all the time and yet I haven't really shared any pictures except the lake (which isn't so bad, be honest). So here are some fun ones to share...
Please excuse the photo quality, I took it with my computer. This is the house! It actually looks kind of weird here, because it is the reflection of the house-the picture needs to be flipped but I can't figure out how. Either way, thats mommy on the porch with Camper keeping watch on the hummingbird feeder. Good boy.
This is the gorgey gorgey view across the street from the house. When you sit on the porch, the hedges frame right down into this view. And thats not even the lake you've seen pictures of.
View looking down the road. It's only about a mile long, branching off and reconnecting to a main "highway". Mostly its really quiet, but sometimes hoodlums like to speed on through. Silly.
And me! Sitting on the porch, facing the beautiful lake view, happy to be here after a week of work. It's only a two hour drive up here from where I live, and I will happily make the trip if it means sun, lakes, and STEAK for dinner!! Thanks for cooking, M&D!!
