So this whole gym thing has been going pretty good. Coachy pants (official reference name, decision made) still hasn't given my my weight circuit stuff, so I've just been cardio-ing it up, which is pretty boring, but I've got all my technology to keep me company. How depressing, ha!
Meanwhile, I've officially begun my attempts at the healthier lifestyle. I bought a scale (horror of horrors. Also, am regretting my choice of a non-digital one), and have begun the foooooood diiiiiiary. Said only with a slightly upper crust accent. Try it. Tres amusant. I've even begun measuring things so that I am getting a legitimate serving and I'm not just estimating. Salad dressing? Mayonnaise? Peanut butter? You're on watch. Sorry behbehs. I maybe have also bought a teapot so I can heat up water for oatmeal. Yikes. Good times peoples!
I still need to have to figure out a non-goal for myself. I am thinking about a pretty dress or something in the next size down, as something to work towards.
Yaaaaay.

Good for you!! I just bought a new scale the other day, but I did get a digital one :) I think my old scale was like 25 years old or something?? I inherited it from my father at some point, and every day it said I gained or lost about 10lbs. Highly unlikely!
