I realized it's been for-freaking-ever since I did any kind of playlist up in this biz. Over two months, in fact. And minus my quick post about Pretty Light's John Denver dubstep, I haven't even told you about some of the gems I've found. Or others have found for me...
A little shorter and more mixed than usual. "Cry to Me", "Colorblind", and "Home" are different for the rest of the music, and "Save the World Tonight" is very mellow. The rest is pretty similar to the majority of what I've put up in the past. Out of all of these, the ones I most suggest are 1, 6, 9, and 11. 11 is killing me right now with how obsessed I am with it. And I just heard it for the first time tonight.
A big recognition as usual to freshnewtracks.com which constantly keeps me rolling in new tunes from some really talented up and coming artists. (side note: I'm not in any way shape or form affiliated with them or doing this for them. Just trying to give recognition where its due, at least in terms of introducing me to this music.)
Also, I highly suggest checking out some of these artists' websites. They often have free downloads of their music. soundcloud is also a really good resource.
