The fabulous Ms. Seersucker and her boy Louis (I have to include him! Isn't he adorable!?) have tagged me for my choice of fun bloggy awards, and being that I love randomosity and sharing factoids about myself, I have chosen to accept
For this, I need to share 7 things about myself, and then share it with three other wonderful bloggers.
On to my seven things.
1) I am a pop culture junkie. I love knowing things about different actors and artists and random tidbits. Strangely enough though, I don't enjoy shows that focus around entertainment news. And I am a firm supporter of a famous person's, or really any person's, right to privacy.
2) I am also a huge fan of fluffy books and movies. I like to use reading and movies as a way to relax, and let my brain mush up a bit.
3) I like to show my real self when I meet people. Hottie Lawyer nicknamed me "bubblie" (his spelling, not mine) the first time we hung out because I was so outgoing and bouncy (I may have also been slightly buzzed). Sometimes it scares people-I'm letting the crazies out right away. But at the same time, when people can not only handle it, but match it, you pretty much have my love for forever.
4) I don't know what I am doing for Thanksgiving. I need to figure out what my parents plans are, but while on the one hand I'd love to go home, as well as go to my semi official class party, on the other hand it'd be really cool to do my own Thanksgiving too. Especially if I can find other family-less friends in the area.
5) Cardigans are probably my absolute favorite clothing item right now. They are great for both lounging and more dressy/worky outfits. Right now I am totally rocking one with a tank top and yoga pants. This might also be my favorite outfit right now...
6) I looove making mix CD's. I try and really mix up the music styles and pacing while at the same time making it a cohesive group of songs. I run into the problem, however, that sometimes my CD's are a big pile of popular songs from one point in time. My next mix, for example, is going to be my "Travel 2010" mix from all the songs I heard OVER and OVER while driving these past three months. Except it is mostly laden with top 40 pop. And a country song or two.
7) I need a blackberry. I love my enV3, but it's not conducive with my work. I need email access. But I don't want it. Boooo. On the other hand, I love the fuchsia phones available.
