I can be all over the place when it comes to my workout music. I've grabbed a ton of music in the past from my little sister-shes really into funky mixes, such as a combo of "Love in this Club" and "Love Story". Who would think of that?! When I run jog/walk, I vary between fast and slow and try and keep tempo with the beat. And then I have an angry cardio mix. For those days when exercise is all about releasing some of that frustration.
What kind of music do you listen to when working out? Any good songs I should grab?
