Bink Bink Bonk.

I was going to write about my weekend visit from Dad and Milt (I've been looking forward to it all week) but to be honest, it wasn't that exciting. I mean, I really enjoyed it and had a lot of fun. I love my family, so when I get to see them, I don't really care what we're doing I just love spending time with them. But it's not as if we did anything super beyond. They arrived, we ate, went to a lacrosse game, a bar, wandered around town, had dinner, hung out watching the Orioles game, then went to bed. We did have a deep discussion about our team's lack of "flow" (aka, that fabulous hair that lax boys have-I don't care that I'm 23 and some of these kids are behbehs. Flow is flow.) and how that was the reason they lost.

I did go out on Friday night with an AT friend, and we hung out drinking and playing pool. Eventually a guy came over and played with us-he showed up with his own pool cue, and we kept waiting to get hustled, but he wasn't really that great haha. He did start hitting on me though. I wasn't very interested, because he seemed a little too quiet and not really my type. When I explained this to him, he was defensive and tried to tell me that he was really outgoing, but just he doesn't expect to meet people at bars, and it's a front he puts up. And that he will sometimes even wear headphones to that bar.

Ummm...what?! Dude. You just proved my point.

So that was special.

Did you all have good weekends?

  1. I always liked the lax flow as well.
Brother's team beat Rutgers. If only they could beat a team in the conference so they could make it to their tourney.
Don't discount the quiet boys! At the end of the day, the loud, life of the party boys tend not to be the best partners. However, this one who wears headphones at a bar is a little extreme (and weird!)
