This time in two weeks I will be in (hopefully) Sunny Salem with some of my besties (though not all, unfortunate to the max!!) planning my assault on Mac and Bobs. I will have and will have been inundated with texts and bbms finding out about the presence of many, many a person. I had better have a drink in my hot little hand, preferably a Texas Margarita from El Rods. I wonder if anyone will be interested in running the border with me...?
I will have already been to Bobs once (probably the second I pull into town) to meet and greet with some fabulous old coworkers. It's absolutely necessary to put in an appearance at Roselawn, where admissions is housed. For no other reason then to say hi to KMK, who I will have seen 3 days prior in the great state of MD, and to maaaybe rub it in some faces that I'm on some vaycay while they're still technically working (though I doubt there will be much work happening). Kind of mean? Who, moi???
Reception with the Sociology department, snacks and such at the ASA house, dinner somewhere, then pretty much a straight shot to the bars. Priorities? I got them. Friday night there's not much going on, except that. Saturday is the big day...
