Summer is coming.
Cycle is ending.
People are leaving.
New people will be coming.
We're reaching that point where things are starting to wrap up and start all over again.
It's sad and exciting and stressful and fascinating and ego boosting and esteem dropping and pretty darn wonderful all at once.
