Kitchen Stadium

I am writing to you all from my newly dubbed "Kitchen Stadium" where I am attacking Battle Cupcake (round 2). We're having a department Lobster Bake tomorrow after work, and the oven and I are becoming best friends with the Air Conditioning Unit tonight in preparation.
(See that dinky one with the paper edge sticking up? Now in my tummy. Please note to the right, my bar. With wine I don't drink.)
(What's up, dirty dishes. Yeah, I hand wash...)

As you can see, my kitchen isn't really designed for a full scale baking attack-not a lot of counter space for me to store the cooling cupcakes, which has me sticking them in the fridge for a quicker cool down. I am debating whether or not to try and icing these babies up tonight, or do it when I get off before heading over to the soiree.

Unfortunately, as we can see I planned a full scale shopping trip this evening along with the stocking up on supplies for the battle royale this evening. Not a lot of room amidst the Chobani, beer, and condiments for many more cupcakes.
Perhaps a quick stink in the freezer will do the trick? It's kind of like when you turn the oven to a higher temperature and cook for a shorter time, right?

...right?
