Stone Ages.

(via)

Who remembers that little guy?

Who remembers your first SN? Mine was choralegrl. It stood for Chorale Girl. Chorale was the select after school chorus in middle school. Winner!!

Remember when your profile was a piece of artwork with bright colors, strange fonts, wingdings symbols, song quotes, inside jokes, etc etc etc?

Yeah. Remember the last time you used AOL Instant Messenger? I do. It was today.

I have a screenname for work so that individuals with questions can contact me. Forget that I don't think they use AIM any more and that I also have "work" twitter and facebook accounts that they are more likely to use. I'm still there. On my work AIM SN. Ready to answer any and all questions they have. And now that AIM supports gchat?! There is no stopping my awesomeness.

CWF's office uses AIM for interoffice communication, so we're both on there all day. 8 am to 4 pm (summer office hours, baby.) for me. Possibly keeps me sane.

So I guess what I'm saying is,  AIM may be the communication of the stone age, but I am rocking that ish like my name is Betty Rubble. Because she had dark hair and wore a blue dress. Which is a lot more like me than Wilma was.
