I told you all I was excited to sleep today...I managed to sleep until 9:30 today, only waking up a couple of times earlier than that. I know that sounds not so late or great, but for me 9:30 is the latest I have slept in a long long time. And THEN, and you might find this a little extreme, I stayed in bed until 2. I say stayed in bed loosely-I did get up to make myself a smoothie (my go to breakfast-gets me my fruits anyways-strawberry banana and OJ with low-fat vanilla yogurt.), get my computer, wander around a little...but yes, most of it was spent in bed.
When I finally got out of bed, I made the trek out to the Dollar General and Wal-Mart to continue to slowly but surely build my apartment. I got some small things, like a dish rack and some pot holders. But then...then there was a highlight to my trip.
I walked into Wal-Mart thinking about finding a dish rack, and perusing the $5 DVD bin. Found my dish rack, then meandered over to the DVDs, thinking idly about how cool it would be if they had "Heathers" on DVD. Nothing good was in the $5 bin, but it caught my eye as I was walking away that they had more in the aisle. And there, in the aisle in the $5 comedies, it was! Instant purchase. I was so pumped. And I watched it. It's definitely not the best movie I have ever watched, but it was absolutely worth the $5 and I am excited to have it in my collection, as I will be watching it again.
So thats me on this rainy lame Sunday. I am going to finish watching "Miracle" then head to bed-work in the morning.
