Visitor

Daddy is coming up into town tomorrow (with my new couch!!!) while I am working, so I am leaving some coffee and the cereal out for him when he arrives. Unfortunately, this weekend is the exact opposite of the weekend I moved in-rainy and really cold. But we are going to brave the storm and hit the lacrosse game after I finish up (and maybe we move the couch in) and possibly sit in the Hawks Nest (sweet indoor warm area. Did I mention indoors? aka a roof?).

I went on a quick jaunt today to the grocery store and picked up a few Daddy essentials- chips and medium salsa, cookies, orange juice (some pulp), and some Saranac. If you don't know what Saranac is, look it up, and try it. yum yum. I also grabbed some Shock Top for me, as I have a shindig to attend tonight (no overdoing it though-long early day tomorrow!)

I am off to listen to some pump-up party tunes (Ke$ha or Justin Bieber, anyone?) and straighten the apartment before I head out. Did I mention the shindig is a "Spring Fling" dealio and I am expected to wear a sundress? Did I mention tomorrow's weather has been previewing itself as I type? mmmm sundresses in rain and cold. My favorite.

I am so jealous of everyone in Sunny Salem! Right about now I'd be finishing up at the ASA house, figuring out where to PG before heading out to Bobs for the rest of the evening. Its in the 70's right now down there. Much more appropriate sundress weather.
