In my house, not only do we receive The Phoenix, Alpha Sigma Alpha's Magazine, we receive Anchora, Delta Gamma's Magazine, as well. Mommy was a DG! I love (yet it makes me sad) having two sororities represented within my family (and hopefully we'll have a third starting next year-rush, Milty, rush!).
Anyways. I was looking through Anchora and saw that they mentioned an article from Newsweek about Sorority portrayals in Hollywood. So when I got home from work, I looked it up. It's from September, and it's not bad, but I wish it was longer and actually said more about the cliches and stereotypes and how they aren't (99.9% of the time) true. You can find the article here.
In other news, I am looking forward to tomorrow because it is payday and I would like to pay off some student loans. kthnxbye.
