Tuesday I was supposed to drive my mom to work (at 6:30 am) but when we went to leave Sally wouldn't start. Freaked me out a little, but she got dad to drive her and I came back in and went back to bed. Woke up two hours later, got ready, Sally started! and I went to the preschool. Nothing super duper or anything happened, but it was just overwhelming. I love children, but 9 two-year olds?! Makes you wanna go crazy. From there I headed to work, and lost all track of time while organizing the clearance section. Hit up the gym after that, but then came home and destroyed 3 BLT wraps at like, midnight...oops.
This morning, Sally started right away so I drove mom into work and we discussed some really funny things. We talked about Milty attending a "mustachio bashio" this weekend, ha! After I dropped her off I ran my butt over to Starbucks and got a Venti! Peppermint Mocha. OH. So good. Came home and got ready, and headed back in to the preschool. I was practically falling asleep by 4, even with all the kids around me playing and screaming. Went into work, again, then went to the gym and read while biking.
I love doing it, but sometimes its so tiring running around like this! I am going into the preschool tomorrow at 2:30 and apparently all the kids are doing is watching a movie. I am ok with this plan.
In other, less tiring, more exciting news: I had my interview on Monday, I am hoping it went well, but one never knows. If I am selected, I have to interview with the President of the University and he would officially offer me the job. I will know if I have been selected around Thanksgiving, and if I have, my interview would be in the first two-ish weeks of December, and the job, if I got it, would start in January. Sounds like a decent timeline to me!
I also got my hair cut!! Or, as the girl who cut it said, "reshaped". I hadn't gotten it cut since April. I am totally a bi-annual hair cut kind of girl, and its so so bad, but my hair is all natural and super healthy (minus the crummy split ends) so usually its fine. I just am so used to the long hair and all the hair twisting and the ponytail still being on my neck, thats all. I love how it looks.
One day soon I will have a more interesting post. For right now, its all preschoolers and tired feet. Thanks for trudging through the sludge with me!
I feel like going on an interview is like going on a date! You just never know how it will turn out :)
