Nostalgia

I was feeling nostalgic and almost ready to put on my big Christmas shoes, so I decided that the first step I wanted to take was putting the music from my sophomore and junior year Christmas concerts, Handel's Messiah and The Vivaldi, respectively, on my iTunes for total enjoyment.

Well. Vivaldi uploaded without a hitch. I was pleased, and listened to my awesome solo I got to do! Man, can I hear my voice shaking! I could still sing along though. Then I tried Handel's Messiah, the one I was really looking forward to. And it freezes my iTunes and won't upload!

I am SO UPSET y'all. I was so excited to listen to (and sing along with!) some of the incredible runs! The Messiah is such a beautiful piece, topped off with the Hallelujah Chorus at the end. Granted, we botched that because out directors assumed we knew it, but I remember having so much fun performing this, especially with the boys! I really can't express the sadness people.

Other Stories- The Ravens lost today, 15-17 to the COLTS. ew. If you are from Baltimore or know football history, you know about the bad blood between these two programs, but its really just gotten even worse with the whole Matt Stover/Kicker debacle. I can only imagine how happy Stover is that the Colts won. Merh.

Finally-This week I am supposed to hear back about a j.o.b! I am so nervous, as everyone probably knows, I am so ready for this big kid job it hurts!
