Saving the Best for Last (fingers crossed) is a wonderful blogger that I enjoy following, and she is hosting a pretty nifty giveaway! It's for Adirondack Cheese Company cheese, which is WONDERFUL STUFF (and you probably know how down I am with the ADK, ha), and you can just pop over, get your brain running and your saliva glands salivating (haha, but kind of ew) and pick out some great stuff you'd love to serve at a holiday party and leave her a comment letting her know! Story Number Two:
I finally caught up with my personal trainer dude who did my two free sessions with me! I have been going to a different location recently, and then every time I was at his he was either with a client or I was mid-workout and too focused to stop! I was early for spinning (holy cow, my thighs!) and I popped in and he was there, so I made him get my chart and weigh me on the same scale and do my % body fat. Drumroll...
My (almost) two month weight loss so far is 11 pounds and my %BF dropped like...1.4%! Considering I have a lack of self-control and therefore did not exactly adjust my eating habits (read: at all) I am so pumped about this!
Tomorrow (today) is another looong one with preschool 8:30-2:30/3 then work from 4-10! Yikes. Bikes. Maybe I should hit the hay!
