MMF and Some Interesting...Stuff.

First things first. I mentioned this last week, as I forwent it in favor of the ever popular Justin Bieber (there is a really funny yet awkward TFLN (text from last night) about him...something about the age of consent in Canada being 14 years old!?! scary). So I am going to grow back up a little for this one, and give you something everyone can enjoy!

I am a big classic rock fan, and sometimes a song will come on the radio that I had totally forgotten about and just get lodged in my head for days on end. This is what happened with "Heartache Tonight" by the Eagles. First step on the road to discovery? Put in on a YouTube playlist. While finding it, though, I ran across this weeks My Music Friday, and found a new reason to love this man: Michael Buble. So here is Michael Buble singing "Heartache Tonight" of Eagles fame. I just love the big band sound of the instrumentals. UGH! LOVE.

Have you melted yet? Moving on.

I was a Sociology major in college, and for the most part I enjoyed my major. I came into college knowing I wanted to study either Psychology or Sociology, and Sociology just seemed to fit better with the fields I was interested in.

One of the awesome things about this major was that you got to watch a lot of documentaries. My absolute favorite that we watched was a PBS one called "People Like Us: Social Class in America". There were some hilarious parts, as well as some very...almost upsetting portions. Upsetting in that it hurts me to think that people live the way they displayed. I want, however to show you a couple of my favorite clips from that film. Enjoy! Kisses.
