So the directions say to post the award on your blog, share 10 interesting facts about myself, and then share this award with 10 other bloggers. Without further ado...
1) I am in love with the pink polka dot shoes in the heading picture on Sonja's blog. I covet them, I cannot lie. I am such a weirdo for pink and polka dots!
2) I want to be a college admissions counselor, and have been interested in this field since I started looking at colleges.
3) I swear, I have a birthmark in the shape of a pine tree on my ear.
4) I have recently spent an inordinate amount of time watching videos of puppies playing on YouTube, and I am pretty ok with that fact.
5) I love when little kids come into the store with their parents. I do not love when I appear to make said little children cry.
6) When I was in....4th? grade, I may or may not have done an interpretive dance to Cat Steven's "Moon Shadow" at the school wide talent show.
7) When I was in middle school, I was apparently (as I found out later) a member of the "punk/druggie" crowd. While I did have extremely questionable fashion sense, I never used drugs, smoked, or drank at that time in my life, and was a pretty good student and a Girl Scout.
8) Going off of that, I was a Girl Scout for 13 years, but never completed my Gold or Silver Award. I stuck it out through high school for a) maintaining friendships when I went off to private school and b) the college applications.
9) I do not think I apply eyeliner correctly.
10) Two of my father's nicknames for me are "c-lion" and "old fuzz". Also, I will still play along with things we used to do when I was a kid.
