This is okay by me. I had four things on my list, and I got them all. I went with my dad to pick up stocking stuffers, and really am not too concerned that I don't have that many for myself.
That all being said, I want my stuff NOW!!! ha.
I am getting my Christmas boots (as they have been officially dubbed by moi) and they are still sitting in my room, not even in their box. I was getting ready for work today and my outfit was screaming to be worn with them. Alas, I would not have gotten away with it.
My other big big gift I am getting is a duffel from Wm. J. Mills & Co, though I forget which size I asked for, ha (though I think it might've been the Sag Harbor). Let The Tide Pull Your Dreams Ashore posted about these bags like two months ago and I fell in love. I am getting it in hot pink, and plan to (mainly) use it as a gym bag, but also for travel and the like (like on my trip to Boston!). Right now I use a medium tote from L.L. Bean with hot pink and navy rugby stripes (which they stopped making, by the way. Tres disappointed) but its just not big enough. So I could really use it now.
The other two items are the first two volumes of music from Glee and a gift certificate for a massage, which I have never had a professional one. I can always use good music in my life, and don't try and tell me I couldn't use a massage every day of my life.
I am being good, I promise, and waiting waiting waiting until Friday (or, you know, Wednesday afternoon when my parents leave for Wilmington, NC to visit my uncle and grandfather). But it is so so hard!!!
In giving (and not receiving) news, I am four presents down with a definite two and a possible five gifts to go. My poor card hasn't seen this kind of action in a while, and I really need to give her a break. M&D's gifts might have to wait until after Christmas, because they are loving and my parents, and thats my next payday.
