Merry Merry!

Merry Christmas! I hope everyone enjoyed their day, regardless of religious affiliation, and for those who do celebrate, I hope you enjoyed your family/friends/each other and Santa was good to you and that you had an overall exciting holiday.

Mom called at 8:30 this morning demanding my brother wake everyone up, so we did presents and stockings nice and early. From there I fell asleep on the couch and woke up in time to get ready to go into the city to visit with family. I must say, the whoopie cushions and princess books and all the kids gifts were a big hit! Dinner was delicious, and it was so nice to see and talk to cousins I don't get to see very often, especially the ones who live down in Chapel Hill.

Anyway, Brother is home for a day longer than I thought, so I have to clean this sinkhole of a room so that he can sleep in here tomorrow night. Wish me luck! I need it, no lie.
