It is so gross out today! Really cold and rainy, I am not a fan. This is what's left of the massive snowstorm that hit the midwest earlier this week, and I am very disappointed. I was pumped for blizzard conditions, and I wanted an excuse to call in to work. Even now, I wish I had enough slacker in me to call out so I could spend the rest of the day warm and on the couch, working on cover letters, but...I can't, I can't.
If you follow me on twitter (and if you don't, you should! Slingy7187) you miiight know about my starting some boxing today! So killer! Such a good workout, but the only thing is I don't feel it afterwards? Usually when I leave the gym I like to feel demolished, and while I did feel that way while I was working out, I didn't feel that "hardcore good workout" feeling afterwards. All the kicks and wall sits were pretty intense though.
Mommy has been putting up Christmas decorations all day, and daddy and I are (were) on the couch watching the Ravens/Lions game, which was looking a little depressing until we got a nice little TD. So lets go Ravens! (As I typed this, we just got another TD. Thanks Ray Rice [on my fantasy team, count it]!) The dogs are snuggled in, we have a fire going, and I'm doing laundry, so it's going to be really tough to leave at 3:30 to get to work. Who is going to be shopping in this weather?
