Bring It, Ludwig.

Ouch.

I am sore. And its so great. It makes me feel so much more motivated and proud of myself to keep going. On Monday night I went to a Body Pump class which was a huge amount of squats and curls with weights. As a first timer (the only one in the class, awk?) I used the baby weights, but it was still all moving and butt busting, etc. This morning I had my second orientation session with my awesome new BFF (he doesn't know it) and he made me a sweet chart with all the weight/rep/setting info for all the weight machines we went through. Remember how one of my goals was to get real PT sessions? Yeah, they are expensive. I wonder if I can trade babysitting for sessions...? Hmmm... I also have a workout buddy, KN. So far we've gone together twice, and hopefully will be meeting up again on Thursday. In the meantime, there is a Zumba class tomorrow night! I plan on going over after work.

Today was my first real day of work, and I liked it. Cashiering is fun, haha. Who knew? They have some really cute Sporto duck shoes in yellow that I am eying right now. I am also trying to find some cute shoes to go with my purple dress. I am seriously considering black ankle boots. Yummy. My paychecks are not even going to make it out of the store.

This is probably going to sound bad to most, but to me it is such an accomplishment. The past two nights I have fallen asleep by midnight. Since I had been previously been averaging 3-4 am, I  would say this is a vast improvement.

Still no pictures from Shawan Downs, but for the most part it was just one picture that I really wanted to share. There were the cutest kids there, the little boy there was running around in adorable madras shorts and bucks. There was also a little girl of about 2-ish playing with the keg. It was really cute, and a picture was taken. It was just a funny sight. CWF's boyfriend told me that the kids had been playing with the tap, pouring beer into the ice the keg was in, and he was comparing beer to chocolate milk in terms of "would you pour out chocolate milk?" It was fun.

Thats all for now. I am off to sleep off my soreness. Necessary. Can't wait until MMF, I have a great song for you all!
