WHAT exactly, is Kanye West's problem?!?! So Taylor Swift wins best female video, beating out some pretty hefty competition including Kelly Clarkson, Pink, Katy Perry, Beyonce, and Lady Gaga. Awesome! She's young, she's excited, she can not believe she won. Watch the video to see what Kanye does:
While you might think, Kanye, that Beyonce deserved that award, this is not the Kanye West awards. These are the VMA's, and they are voted on by fans. So while you, in your infinite wisdom as the "voice of my generation" and your incredibly selfish, childish attitude whenever you don't win something, might think you know what's right and best, keep it to yourself. Beyonce won Video of the year, a much bigger honor than that first award. If you had kept yourself together, you would've seen that happen and everyone would've had a good night. Thank you, Beyonce, for being a very classy woman and letting Taylor Swift take your time for thanking people to give her acceptance speech.
(Side Note: I hnestly do not think that this was "staged" like the event that happened at the MTV Movie Awards with Eminem and Sasha Baron Cohen. Watch Taylor Swift when she finds out she won and when Kanye goes off stage. There is no way MTV would be so cruel as to let this happen to a first time winner. They would have had to plan the entire thing, and Beyonce would've known and Taylor would've known that they won the awards that they did to have it work out the way it did.)
(Also: Apparently Kanye wrote an apology in his blog. I read it, and it's not an apology. It's him saying sorry but obviously not meaning it as he continues to justify his actions.)
